You can eat it on its own as a really decadent dessert or you can even add some chocolate shaving or cream on top.
It’s very rich and addictive, but be careful as it is quite calorie dense

Ingredients:

100g 75% Dark Chocolate
250ml Fresh Cream
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Egg whites
½ teaspoon of Vanilla essence
Directions:
In
a glass bowl, using a microwave or double boiler, melt the butter and
chocolate together. Once melted remove, add the vanilla and set aside.
Whisk the fresh cream until thick consistency then gently fold into the melted chocolate mixture.
Whisk
the egg whites until stiff peaks form when the whisk is removed, then
gently fold them into the chocolate mixture, until just combined.
Spoon into 4 glasses and refrigerate for an hour or 2
