500g ground beef
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
4 eggs
400g can of diced tomatoes
1/4 cup of cream (optional)
1/2 tablespoon on mince spice
Salt en cayenne pepper
Grated cheese
Fry
the ground beef in olive oil until no longer pink. Add the spices -
stir frying the meat for another minute or so. Add the diced tomato and
the cream, reduce the heat to medium and cook another 5 minutes. Taking
the four eggs, or as many as you like and break them open on top of the
beef, close with a lid and cook on low until the eggs are done.
