Ingredients
- 1 kg diced lamb
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 lamb stock cube
- 2 ½ teaspoons garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 400g canned chopped tomatoes
- 2 cup water
- 1⅓ teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
Add
all the ingredients to a large pressure cooker. Secure the lid and
bring to high pressure over high heat. Reduce heat to medium to maintain
high pressure. Cook 25 minutes.
