PREP TIME: 10 MIN - COOK TIME: 15 MIN - TOTAL TIME: 25 MINUTES
Ingredients: (Makes 2 servings)
- 8 big zucchini's
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300g fatty ground beef
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp Robertson mince spice
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- Salt
- 1/2 cup cream
- Using a spiralizer, mandolin, sharp knife, or peeler, cut your zucchini into noodles or ribbons and set aside
- Add the olive to a large pan over high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking up the meat, until it is no longer pink, Season with the mince spice, salt, cayenne pepper, and oregano.
- Add the zucchini to the mince, stir frying for about 2 minutes
- Add the tomato paste & cream and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes
- Serve immediately with grated cheese
