Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 500 g cleaned chicken livers
- 10 - 15 ml Peri Peri
- Portuguese Chicken Spice
- 60ml of cream
- 410g can Chopped Tomatoes
Heat
a little olive oil and butter in a non-stick pan and brown livers,
leaving them slightly pink inside. Add spices and fry for a further
minute to allow the flavours to develop. Add the canned tomatoes and
cream and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste
