Low carb pizza casserole

The mince base:

500g beef mince
1 tablespoon Tomato puree
Salt & Pepper to taste
100 ml Fresh Cream 
1 egg

Fry the mince, add the tomato puree and salt and pepper. Add the mince to a casserole dish. Then mix together the cream and egg and pour over the mince.

The toppings:

1 x cup of sliced mushrooms (cooked)
1 x cup of cheese 
1/2 red pepper
6 Slices of Salami
Tablespoon of jalapeno's (optional)
Tablespoon of peppadew (optional) 

Layer the all ingredients, starting with the mushrooms, peppers and cheese. Finish off with the salami, peppadew's and jalapeno's

Olives or even avocado will also work great

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown 

Serves 4 to 6
