Salami roll ups


Snacking may seem difficult on a ketogenic diet, but there are actually an incredible amount of tasty low-carb snacks like salami roll ups. Eat as is or pair with other snacks like cheese, olives, cherry tomatoes and biltong

Only 0.6g carbs / 1.4g protein / 3g of fat
 Sliced salami, Full fat cream cheese & jalapeno's


Spread some of the cream cheese on the salami with some jalapeno's on top

Roll up or fold over... and enjoy
